Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of experience in account management/development and corporate consultative/solution-based sales in a service-related industry.
• Familiarity with the International Express/Air Transportation industry is an advantage.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, networking and interpersonal skills.
• Degree in Business or related discipline.

Aufgaben

• Identify, establish and manage multi-tier relationships across customer and DHL organizations to secure long-term partnerships.
• Drive sales improvement through regionally harmonized processes.
• Establish clear understanding of customer expectations and requirements.
• Lead and manage customer presentations and proposals.
• Plan and coordinate activities to retain and develop sustainable sales revenue.
• Develop and manage after-sales strategy for each designated account customer.
• Provide customer-oriented service relating to sales and customer expectations.
• Contribute to regional bidding or RFQ processes when requested.
