Job summary

Radius Limited is seeking an IT Support Analyst for South East Asia, based in Kuala Lumpur. You will support and maintain Radius' IT environment, providing frontline service across offices and time zones as the company grows.

The role requires a proactive approach, strong IT knowledge, and collaboration with global teams to ensure security and reliability. The position is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with after-hours work as needed and opportunities for growth within a dynamic, international

Qualifications

• Good level of IT support knowledge in professional services/projects.
• Familiar with Service Desk ticketing systems and ITIL best practice.
• Experience in IT support environments with Windows and Mac OS.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline IT support for Radius colleagues across the group.
• Maintain IT environments: PCs, servers, printers, network equipment, VOIP and AV systems.
• Install and upgrade hardware/software; handle ad-hoc tasks and after-hours support.
• Ensure compliance with IT standards and group-wide procedures.
• Respond to requests within agreed SLAs and escalate where needed.
• Collaborate with third-party partners for security and app support.
• Communicate issues to stakeholders and support continuous service improvements.
