Job summary

MR DIY International is seeking a seasoned solutions architect to translate business requirements into scalable, secure technology solutions. You will map flows across apps, data, and integrations and collaborate with enterprise architects, product owners, developers, data teams, and vendors.

You’ll guide delivery, support testing and deployment, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards while delivering measurable impacts for millions of customers in over 15

• Work with multiple stakeholders to define functional & non-functional requirements (scalability, security, performance).
• Map solution flows across applications, data, and integrations.
• Ensure solutions comply with enterprise standards and security guidelines.

Technical Leadership

• Work closely with Enterprise Architect, Product Owners, Developers, Data Team, and Vendors.
• Produce technical artifacts: solution diagrams, sequence flows, interface specifications.
• Review vendor solutions and validate technical feasibility.

Delivery Support

• Guide development teams during the building phase.
• Support testing, deployment, and cutover.
• Troubleshoot deep technical issues across multiple systems.

Stakeholder and team collaboration

• Act as a bridge between teams: Collaborate with various departments, such as IT, marketing, sales, and design, to align on goals and execution.
• Manage stakeholder relationships: Keep stakeholders informed and gather their feedback to ensure the platform meets their needs.
• Foster collaboration: Encourage a collaborative and performance-driven culture within the team and across the organization.
• Solution adoption: Ensure the proposed solution and design is understood, implemented properly, and delivers benefits
