Job summary

QL Corporate Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a seasoned IT Transformation Specialist to guide digital initiatives and align them with business goals. You will work with stakeholders to develop roadmaps, document needs, and propose improvements across systems.

You will lead requirement gathering, analyze gaps, test solutions, and transfer knowledge to teams while ensuring deliverables meet business objectives and maximize impact.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders’ expectation and guide them in the digital transformation journey.
• Participate and contribute in the development of IT roadmap and strategies.
• Document problem statements, develop business cases and propose solutions for improvements and new initiatives.
• Gather requirements, perform gap analysis and prioritize them in alignment with the organization objective.
• Work with the team to identify and evaluate appropriate solutions that are aligned to the overall IT strategy and business objectives.
• Conduct testing, training and knowledge transfer for users and business support.
• As part of project team ensure the design and deliverables are meeting business requirements.
• Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
• As Process Change Agent in the transformation roadmap and help to maximize the positive impact on the organization.
