Job summary

Currie & Brown Group Limited is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to support and optimize our IT infrastructure across Malaysia and globally. The role focuses on Microsoft technologies, identity, cloud, servers, networking, and security, with 3rd line support for escalated tickets.

You will work hands-on with Entra ID, M365, Windows Server, VMware, NetApp, and firewalls, ensuring high availability and security for a global user base.

Qualifications

• Degree and Microsoft certifications are required.
• Hands-on experience with Entra ID/Azure AD and conditional access.
• Strong experience administering Microsoft 365 and hybrid Exchange/SharePoint.
• Proven ITIL-based ITSM and incident/change management background.
• Experience with VMware, NetApp storage, and network security appliances.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize AD, Entra ID, and hybrid identity.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange.
• Maintain Windows Server and virtualization/storage environments.
• Administer firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, and Wi‑Fi; monitor performance.
• Handle incidents, problems, and changes per ITIL; document runbooks.
