Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Cloud and Infrastructure Engineer (Service Desk) in Kuala Lumpur to provide global service desk support across Wintel, AD, Azure/M365, and UTM networking. You will handle tickets, coordinate with vendors, and assist UK clients, working within a 24/7 team.

The role requires strong Windows Server and Active Directory knowledge, plus networking experience. This permanent, full-time position offers medical insurance and a performance bonus structure.

Qualifications

• This is a technical Global Service Desk role providing full-landscape support across Wintel, Active Directory, Azure/M365, and UTM networking.
• Candidates must have strong working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory (DHCP, DNS, GPO), and Microsoft cloud services.
• Practical experience handling networking components, including UTM firewall devices, routers, switches, and security incidents is required.

Responsibilities

• Managing multi-tiered service tickets and requests.
• Assisting UK clients directly and ensuring timely resolutions.
• Coordinating with third-party vendors to fulfil service requests.
