You will drive strategic technology transformations, enable growth, and partner with business stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes across markets.
The role requires 15+ years in technology delivery within life insurance, deep PAS expertise, and a proven ability to lead large, geographically distributed teams
Qualifications
- 15+ years of technology delivery leadership in life insurance.
- Strong LifeAsia expertise and PAS knowledge.
- Proven track record in large-scale Core PAS programs.
- Experience with cloud, AI, automation, APIs.
- Excellent stakeholder management and governance.
- Ability to lead cross-geography teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery and modernization of Core PAS.
- Drive digital transformation using cloud, AI, APIs.
- Ensure quality, governance, risk management and compliance.
- Partner with stakeholders to define priorities and outcomes.
- Manage budgets, resources, and vendor performance.
- Champion Agile, DevOps, CI/CD and engineering excellence.
- Oversee lifecycle management and production support.
- Establish KPIs and governance frameworks.
- Foster collaboration across geographies.
