Job summary

VAT Group is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex, multi-stream technology initiatives across global locations. You will drive end-to-end delivery and ensure alignment with business priorities and governance.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of IT project leadership experience in mid- to large-scale environments, with strong communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills. Familiarity with Digital Workplace tools like Microsoft 365 and AI-enabled productivity solutions

Qualifications

Min 5–7 years' experience managing IT projects in mid- to large-scale environments.
Able to demonstrate capability to drive a project forward independently.
Strong track record of managing multi-stream projects with complex stakeholder landscapes.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects across multiple streams.
Coordinate internal stakeholders, business representatives, vendors, and partners across locations.
Manage project scope, timeline, risks, dependencies and governance.
Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and stakeholder alignment activities.
Proactively identify delivery risks and drive mitigation actions to keep projects on track.
Maintain project plans, RAID logs, and executive reporting.
Ensure projects align with business priorities and portfolio governance.
Support business case development, project intake, prioritization and governance processes.
