Job summary

Lumileds International is seeking a seasoned Head of IT to own global IT strategy, architecture, service delivery and compliance across sites. You will report to the Executive Leadership Team and ensure availability and cost efficiency of the technology landscape.

You will lead a distributed team, govern through ITIL, and manage a hybrid mix of on-premises and cloud platforms, SAP ERP and manufacturing IT including MES integration across global factories.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT with global or multi-site leadership.
• Experience in manufacturing IT, MES and shop-floor.
• Proven vendor-centric operating model with outsourcing.
• SAP-centered enterprise landscape knowledge.
• ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 compliance experience.
• Executive-level communication with senior leadership.
• Experience across multiple cultures; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve global IT strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Govern centralized governance with distributed execution and partners.
• Chair IT Change Control Board and IT Steering Committee.
• Ensure IT services meet 99.8% uptime and ITIL practices.
• Oversee SAP landscape, ERP, and MES integration.
• Lead global IT organization and manage budget.
