Job summary

Lumileds is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence & Reporting Systems Manager to create and manage BI and analytics solutions that support global Supply Chain processes. You will lead enterprise reporting platforms, develop KPIs, and deliver data-driven insights to senior management across functions.

The role blends IT and business, requiring collaboration with stakeholders, driving standardization, and advancing predictive analytics and visualizations to support better decisions.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years of experience in BI/analytics and reporting across supply chain
• Experience designing data warehouses and dimensional models
• Strong SQL, OLAP, and ETL capabilities for enterprise reporting
• Proven ability to communicate complex insights to senior management
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau) and SAP BW is preferred
• PM certification or experience with stakeholder management is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Lead development and management of enterprise reporting platforms and BI solutions
• Set project priorities, allocate resources, and define performance objectives
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leaders
• Develop advanced analytics and KPI frameworks to improve performance
• Advance predictive analytics, trend analysis, and operational intelligence
• Standardize and harmonize reports across sites
• Drive data-driven decision-making and BI platform optimization
• Translate business needs into BI specifications and manage data quality initiatives
