Lumileds Penang invites an experienced engineering leader to drive end-to-end Product & Test Engineering across Southeast Asia. You will lead yield, cost, quality, and manufacturability initiatives, and partner with R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing to meet aggressive product targets.

As a senior leader with 15+ years in Product and Test Engineering, you will build and mentor a high-performance team, establish KPIs, and champion continuous improvement, NPI programs, and cost optimization across

Qualifications

• 15+ years in engineering and management
• Experience in LED industry is a plus
• Expert in standard engineering management tools
• Ability to lead across functions and geographies

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Product & Test Engineering.
• Drive yield, utilization, cost, and delivery targets.
• Establish and manage KPIs and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Planning and Manufacturing for targets.
• Develop and mentor the engineering organization.
