Job summary

You will support the full project lifecycle, advocate evolving standards, and mentor interns and associates while collaborating with Salesforce, AEM, and SAP Hybris platforms. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in eCommerce or CRM.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, AEM and SAP Hybris is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Waterfall, Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver analysis activities with clearly defined outcomes; conduct interviews and workshops to gather and validate requirements.
• Develop process maps and models to enhance clarity and efficiency; support full project lifecycle with testing and change needs.
• Act as internal consultant to stakeholders and mentor interns, associates and peers.
• Champion evolving standards and practices around ways of working within scrum or project teams.
