Baxter International Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to manage the complete invoice processing cycle from a Shared Service Centre in Malaysia. You will enter and reconcile invoices, work with country teams to resolve discrepancies, and drive ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or related finance function.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software and internal controls.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Enter, review, and adjust invoices, debit notes, and credit notes timely.
• Collaborate with in-country teams to resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Conduct general ledger and vendor statement reconciliations.
• Identify opportunities for process efficiency and improvements.
• Review and improve accounts policies and procedures.
• Support transition of new countries into the Shared Service Centre.
• Maintain strong internal controls while meeting tight deadlines.
