Job summary

SOCOE SDN. BHD. seeks a Lead, Communications to shape corporate positioning, manage crisis response, and amplify the company’s mission across internal and external channels. You will design end-to-end strategies for narrative, brand, and stakeholder engagement.

We expect 6 to 10+ years in corporate communications or brand strategy, with a strong media network and proven executive speechwriting capabilities to guide thought leadership across technology and public-sector partnerships.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10+ years of leadership in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, or Brand Strategy.
• Deep understanding of media landscapes and public agency communications.
• Mastery in written and verbal storytelling, message framing, and executive speechwriting.
• Crisis agility with calm leadership and rapid response.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Narrative & Brand Positioning for corporate narratives in tech partnerships.
• Public Relations & Media Management across regional, national, and tech media.
• Crisis Communications & Issue Mitigation with robust protocols and risk management.
• Internal Communications & Employer Brand across multi-site teams.
• Executive Thought Leadership: drafting keynotes, policy briefs, and speaking points.
