Job summary

Lam Research in Malaysia is seeking a senior Communications professional to develop and execute executive and employee communications for Global Operations. You will translate complex technical topics into clear narratives and partner with leaders across sites and time zones.

The role emphasizes story-driven content, editorial quality, and measurable impact, with a hybrid work model and opportunities to influence internal messaging and social impact programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Approximately 10–12 years of experience in corporate communications or a related function.
• Excellent English writing, editing, and storytelling skills for multiple channels.
• Experience in a multinational, matrixed, or fast-paced environment with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute executive and employee communications for Global Operations priorities.
• Create clear, engaging content across email, intranet, leadership messages, presentations, and events.
• Support executive and leader communications, including organizational announcements and external-facing materials when needed.
• Translate complex topics into simple, credible narratives for frontline and global employees.
• Plan and manage communications projects across sites, countries, and time zones.
• Partner with regional and global comms colleagues to localize programs for relevant audiences.
• Apply audience-centric planning with attention to manufacturing and deskless employees.
