Job summary

INDS CAPITAL SDN BHD is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities, ensure work aligns with approved drawings and specifications, and coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors on site. The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management or related field; fresh graduates are welcome.

Strong communication, independence, and willingness to travel are important.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field.

• Willing to travel for site supervision and overseas visits.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities to ensure works follow approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate and monitor contractors, subcontractors, and workers on site.
• Ensure construction works are carried out according to project schedule.
• Conduct site inspections and report progress to the project team.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with architect, consultant, and contractors for solutions.
• Ensure site safety practices and housekeeping are properly maintained.
• Monitor material delivery and usage on site.
• Assist in quality control (QC) to ensure workmanship meets required standards.
• Attend site meetings and prepare basic site reports when required.
