Job summary

INAZUME (M) SDN BHD is seeking a capable Site Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out works on site in Penang, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedule.

You will coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants, monitor progress, inspect workmanship and materials, and address issues promptly while maintaining safety and housekeeping standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in interior-related field required.
• 2–3 years of site supervision experience in interior fit-out or construction.
• Good knowledge of interior fit-out works and ability to read construction/shop drawings.
• Willingness to work on-site and after-hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate interior fit-out works on site according to drawings, specs, quality standards and schedule.
• Coordinate with project team, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants.
• Monitor site progress, workmanship and materials; conduct site inspections.
• Resolve site issues; ensure safety, housekeeping and timely completion.
• Provide regular progress updates and coordinate with managers and clients.
