Nufarm Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Global HRIS Administrator (SAP SuccessFactors) to lead the Employee Central, Recruitment Management and Onboarding 2.0 modules. The role supports ANZ and Global Business Groups while driving governance, optimization and best practices on a global scale.

40% of time focuses on HRIS administration for regional needs; remaining time is for governance and enhancements. You will work with HR, IT and AMS to deliver system improvements, support users worldwide and

Qualifications

• Requires SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification.
• Experience administering SuccessFactors in a global environment.
• Strong expertise in Employee Central and RCM.
• Experience with Onboarding 2.0 and Story Reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day administration of Employee Central, RCM and Onboarding 2.0.
• Partner with HR, IT and AMS provider for system improvements.
• Support global users with SME guidance across HR function.
• Manage system releases, testing and configuration tasks.
• Drive data quality, governance and process consistency.
• Develop Story Reports and workforce reporting solutions.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve employee experience.

Global HRIS Administrator (SAP Success Factor)

As the functional lead for Employee Central, Recruitment Management (RCM) and Onboarding 2.0, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our HR systems are effective, scalable and user-friendly. This role balances both operational and strategic responsibilities. Approximately 40% of your time will focus on HRIS administration supporting our ANZ and Global Business Groups, while the remainder will focus on system governance, optimisation, enhancements and driving best practice globally.

Key responsibilities

• Leading the day-to-day administration of Employee Central, RCM and Onboarding 2.0
• Partnering with HR, IT and our AMS provider to deliver system improvements and enhancements
• Supporting global users and providing subject matter expertise across the HR function
• Managing system releases, testing and configuration activities
• Driving data quality, governance and process consistency
• Developing Story Reports and workforce reporting solutions that support business decision-making
• Identifying opportunities to simplify processes and improve the employee experience

About you

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification
• Proven experience supporting and administering SuccessFactors in a global environment
• Strong expertise in Employee Central
• Experience with Recruitment Management (RCM)
• Strong knowledge of Onboarding 2.0
• Experience building and maintaining Story Reports
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• A continuous improvement mindset and a passion for solving problems
