We’re looking for an experienced EUC Services Infra Lead to join our Global IT team based in Malaysia. In this role, you’ll take global ownership of Nufarm’s Digital Workplace and End-User Computing services across APAC, EMEA and the Americas.
Reporting to the Group Lead IT Infrastructure, you’ll define the strategy, architecture and lifecycle roadmap for endpoint, identity and access, messaging, Microsoft 365 tenant governance, virtual desktop and workplace mobility services. You’ll also lead a globally distributed team of EUC engineers while remaining hands‑on as the design authority and senior escalation point for Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and Azure platform services.

How You’ll Help Us Grow

• Define the global roadmap, architecture, standards and lifecycle strategy for Digital Workplace and EUC services, ensuring alignment with business, security and enterprise architecture requirements.
• Lead, mentor and develop EUC engineers across APAC, EMEA and the Americas, setting priorities, allocating work, managing performance and building technical capability.
• Own EUC service performance, user experience, continuous improvement, vendor governance and delivery against agreed service levels and transformation objectives.
• Act as the L3 capability lead and design authority for workplace technologies, providing expert guidance and leading technical resolution during major incidents.
• Provide hands‑on administration of Microsoft Entra ID, on‑premises Active Directory and hybrid identity services, including directory synchronisation, application registrations, enterprise applications and service principals.
• Implement and operate Conditional Access and multifactor authentication controls designed by the Security team, ensuring secure and reliable day‑to‑day operation.
• Manage HR‑driven Joiner, Mover and Leaver automation across HR systems, Active Directory and Entra ID, including access reviews, administrative roles and synchronisation remediation.
• Govern Microsoft 365 tenant services, including licensing, group‑based licensing, domains, DNS, tenant configuration, true‑ups, backup and recovery.
• Support vulnerability remediation and Microsoft Secure Score improvements in collaboration with the Security team.
• Lead and govern the wider EUC environment, including Microsoft Intune, Windows 10 and 11, Windows Autopilot, Exchange Online, virtual desktops and workplace mobility.
• Provide technical leadership and escalation support to internal teams, L1 and L2 support teams, and managed service providers.
• Coordinate with the Productivity & Collaboration Services Lead to align roadmaps, licensing, identity, Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform and end‑user experience dependencies.
• Provide oversight of Azure platform services, including subscriptions, landing zones, networking, governance and cost management.
• Manage technology suppliers and managed service providers, ensuring consistent standards, service quality and follow‑the‑sun coverage across all regions.
• Lead infrastructure projects valued at up to AUD 500,000 and support the delivery of global technology‑transformation initiatives.

Could This Be You?

You’re an experienced Digital Workplace or End‑User Computing leader with approximately eight to twelve years of experience within complex, global enterprise environments. You’ve successfully led geographically distributed engineering teams across endpoint, identity, access and messaging services while remaining technically credible and hands‑on.
You bring deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, on‑premises Active Directory and hybrid identity, including Conditional Access, MFA, Entra Connect, application registrations, enterprise applications and HR‑driven identity lifecycle automation. You also understand Microsoft 365 tenant governance, licensing, domains, DNS, backup and recovery, Microsoft Intune, Windows, Autopilot and Exchange Online.
You’ll have experience defining technology standards, architectures and roadmaps, together with strong knowledge of IT service management, vendor governance, managed service environments and SLA performance. Experience with Azure subscriptions, landing zones, networking, governance and cost management will also support your success.
Certifications such as Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300), Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104), Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305), Cybersecurity Architect Expert (SC-100), or ITIL Foundation would be advantageous. Experience with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph and identity or Azure automation would also be highly regarded.
