Job summary

Nufarm Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a senior leader to own the strategy and lifecycle of the Digital Workplace and End-User Computing services, overseeing endpoint management, identity, messaging, VDI, and mobility across APAC, EMEA and the Americas.

You will lead a globally distributed EUC team, drive roadmaps, governance, SLA performance and security, while hands-on with Entra ID, AD, M365 and Azure platform services to deliver reliable workplace experiences.

Qualifications

• Approximately eight to twelve years or more of experience in Digital Workplace, End-User Computing, Microsoft 365 or related enterprise technology environments.
• Experience operating within a global enterprise and supporting stakeholders across APAC, EMEA and the Americas.
• Proven experience leading, coaching and developing geographically distributed EUC engineers.
• Demonstrated service ownership across endpoint, identity, messaging or Microsoft 365 services.
• Strong hands-on experience administering Microsoft Entra ID and on-premises Active Directory.
• Experience with Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication, application registrations, enterprise applications and hybrid identity.
• Strong knowledge of Entra Connect, Active Directory Domain Services and directory synchronisation.
• Strong Microsoft 365 tenant-governance experience, including licensing, group-based licensing, domains, DNS and tenant configuration.
• Experience managing Microsoft 365 backup and recovery services.
• Strong stakeholder-management, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Define the global service roadmap, standards and architecture for Nufarm's Digital Workplace and EUC environment.
• Lead, mentor and develop a globally distributed team of EUC engineers across endpoint, identity, access and messaging services.
• Set team priorities, allocate work, manage performance and build technical capability across APAC, EMEA and the Americas.
• Own service performance, lifecycle management, continuous improvement and vendor governance within the EUC portfolio.
• Ensure services are delivered against agreed SLAs, user-experience targets and transformation objectives.
• Act as the Level 3 capability lead and design authority for workplace technologies.
• Provide expert technical guidance to peers, L2 support teams and managed service providers.
• Lead the technical resolution of major incidents when required.
• Establish technology standards and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security requirements and business strategy.
• Administer and operate Microsoft Entra ID and on-premises Active Directory, maintaining reliable directory synchronisation and hybrid identity services.

This is a senior global leadership opportunity with responsibility for the strategy, ownership and lifecycle management of Nufarm's Digital Workplace and End-User Computing services. The portfolio includes endpoint management, identity and access, messaging, collaboration, virtual desktop infrastructure and workplace mobility. You'll lead a geographically distributed team of EUC engineers across APAC, EMEA and the Americas while remaining highly hands-on across Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 tenant governance and Azure platform services. As the design authority and Level 3 escalation point for workplace technologies, you'll combine people leadership, service ownership and technical expertise to deliver secure, reliable and consistent workplace services across Nufarm.
