Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in APAC is seeking a Senior HR and Payroll Process Expert to design and implement global Time and Pay processes with strong integrations to external providers. You will partner with senior stakeholders and global teams to drive standardization and efficiency across regions.

This role collaborates with IT on system changes in Oracle Cloud, Workday, and SAP, applying HR process re-engineering and change management to help DHL remain a best place to work.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of payroll processes, design and compliance.
• Demonstrated Senior Stakeholder Management.
• Strong Excel skills support data validation.
• Experience of Time & Pay processes within HR systems, such as Oracle Cloud, Workday, SAP.
• Very good business English.
• Experience in the design and implementation of payroll or time interfaces (not coding) – Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise and analysis on Business Process Optimization issues regarding process design and documentation of the Time and Pay process globally.
• Interpret and test interface design to ensure robust delivery of Time and Payroll data to external vendor systems.
• Responsible for end-to-end processes, collection, assessment, documentation and standardization of existing processes.
• Identify and analyze risks, propose mitigation actions and suggest solutions for resolution of escalations.
• Perform end-to-end standardization of the Work Time and Pay processes in alignment with BPO peer group and assigned stakeholders outside the HR organization.
• Design and incorporate suggested and approved changes to the Work Time and Pay process; communicate changes to affected teams; keep all documentation regarding Work Time and Pay process up-to-date; design and implement approved changes in the local adaptions of the Target Operating Model (TOM).
