Job summary

WECHAT MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a seasoned HR leader to establish and run a Regional HR Shared Service Center supporting Tencent’s global business across 20+ countries in APAC, Europe, and MEA.

You will build and coach high-performing SSC teams, centralize HR processes, and drive service excellence while ensuring regulatory compliance. The role requires deep HR expertise, strong leadership, and a track record of digitalizing HR operations in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in HR, with 5+ years in HR SSC management.
• Strong knowledge of APAC and Europe HR policies, systems, and labor regulations.
• Proven people management skills in a high-growth environment.
• Leadership and influencing abilities with business partnering skills.
• Experience in process optimization and digitalization.

Responsibilities

• Establish and operate Regional HR SSC to support Tencent's global business in 20+ countries.
• Align regional operations with global SSC strategy and coach teams for professionalism.
• Centralize core HR processes into SSC and set unified service standards.
• Monitor process efficiency and ensure legal compliance to avoid labor risks.
• Oversee daily service delivery quality and continuously improve SSC performance.
• Participate in global HR digitalization projects and SSC system enhancements.
