Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end HR operational services across assigned regions, supporting employees and managers through standardised HR Shared Services processes.
• Handle a broad range of repeatable and transactional HR activities, ensuring work is completed accurately, on time, and in line with defined SLAs.
• Apply sound judgement to assess queries and cases, resolving issues independently where appropriate and escalating based on complexity or risk.
• Support regional growth and the onboarding of new countries, adapting quickly to new processes, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to service stability and continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues, documenting insights, and supporting updates to processes and knowledge content.
