Job summary

Infosys BPM in Malaysia seeks an HR Analyst - Payroll Process Executive on a 6-month contract to handle monthly end-to-end payroll activities across the APAC region, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. You will participate in process improvements and assist with policy changes to meet regulatory requirements.

You will also support payroll and benefits, manage vendors per SLAs, engage with authorities, and collaborate with HR teams to elevate the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above with 3 years in-house payroll operation.
• Hands-on knowledge of payroll and APAC tax considerations.
• Proven ability to verify payroll with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for monthly end-to-end payroll activities such as collating and validating inputs, outputs, and statutory reporting in APAC market.
• Participate in the improvement and implementation of payroll processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Support payroll and benefits processes in accordance with new policies or changes in laws and regulations.
• Provide payroll reporting and analysis to the finance team and assist with internal and external audits.
• Manage payroll vendors effectively by strictly adhering to contracts and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Develop relationships with authorities, including social security, tax, and others.
• Partner and work collaboratively with HR business partners and the HR operations team to enhance the employee experience.
