Job summary

Base Maintenance Malaysia is seeking an Assistant Manager, HR (Regional Shared Services) to lead end-to-end HR support for regional offshoring programmes and serve as the primary HR contact for offshore employees and stakeholders. You will coordinate onboarding, transfers, repatriation, and offboarding while developing scalable HR processes and governance for the regional shared services.

You will partner with overseas units for workforce planning, hiring and growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related discipline.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end HR support for regional offshoring programmes.
Coordinate manpower onboarding, deployment, transfers, repatriation and offboarding for regional employees.
Develop scalable HR processes and governance for regional shared services.
Partner with overseas business units to support workforce planning, hiring and growth.
Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment support, onboarding, promotions and employee lifecycle activities.
Oversee HRIS administration, master data and reporting with governance and audits.
Coordinate payroll submissions and benefits administration with Payroll/Finance.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies; handle employee relations and investigations.
