Responsibilities

• 1. Responsible for monthly end-to-end payroll activities such as collating and validating inputs, outputs, and statutory reporting;
• 2. Participate in the improvement and implementation of payroll processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy;
• 3. Support payroll implementation in accordance with new policies or changes in laws and regulations;
• 4. Provide payroll reporting and analysis to the stakeholders and assist with internal and external audits;
• 5. Partner and work collaboratively with stakeholders to enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• 1. Bachelor's degree or above;
• 2. Hands-on, strong data handling skills and the ability to work with large volumes of data accurately and efficiently.
• 3. A strong learning mindset and the ability to quickly learn new processes, systems and payroll regulations.
• 4. Thinks logically and approaches problems in a structured way
• 5. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1. Openness to embracing and leveraging AI tools;
• 2. Knowledge and experience in payroll & tax;
