Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience; security industry or foreign worker management is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and immigration procedures.
• Familiarity with KDN, Immigration, FWCMS, KWSP, PERKESO and related portals is an advantage.
• Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process for foreign employees.
• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents.
• Coordinate employee induction and orientation programmes.
• Arrange and monitor onboarding for new employees.
• Maintain accurate employee records and personal files.
• Update HR databases and employee information.
• Monitor attendance, leave records, and disciplinary matters.
• Prepare HR correspondence and notices.
• Ensure confidentiality of employee records.
• Handle employee registration with statutory bodies and regulatory submissions.
• Liaise with Immigration Department and government authorities on foreign worker matters.
• Ensure compliance with Employment Act and company HR policies.
