Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Head of Business Unit for Precision Metal Components in Shah Alam, Malaysia. You will steer the transition to a market-driven, global provider for consumer tech, with full P&L responsibility and a focus on international expansion.

Lead a cross-cultural team, manage long-term supply agreements with tier-1 OEMs, and drive revenue growth through advanced manufacturing and premium surface treatments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in related industries with 5+ years in team leadership.
• Proven track record as Sales Director/Commercial Director or BU GM in manufacturing or hardware components.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with P&L, budgeting, cost control experience.
• Experience managing cross-cultural, global teams and international travel.

Responsibilities

• Formulate a 3–5 year strategic roadmap for premium components.
• Lead global KAM efforts and secure long-term supply agreements.
• Own P&L including revenue, margins, cash flow and ROI.
• Collaborate with R&D to drive precision solutions and standardize offerings.
• Oversee cross-functional delivery with Production, Quality, Supply Chain and Finance.
• Build and mentor an international commercial team; develop talent pipeline.
• Implement CRM, forecasting, and market intelligence to guide decisions.
