Qualifications

• Advanced MS Office skills and strong analytical ability.
• 10+ years’ experience in Investment/Wholesale Banking and derivatives lifecycle.
• 5+ years’ experience managing teams across regions and time zones.
• Deep knowledge of FI derivatives across rates and credit products.
• Hands-on experience with trade capture, validation and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Set and deliver MOTC objectives for Fixed Income Derivatives across regions.
• Provide global trade control coverage and ensure timely issue resolution post-trade.
• Assess operational risk and strengthen controls to prevent losses.
• Drive change with IT to improve automation and straight-through processing.
• Escalate and resolve Front Office queries under tight deadlines.
