Job summary

HGNH International Financial Corporation Limited seeks a Dealing Manager to deliver professional execution services across futures, FX, and OTC derivatives in Malaysia. You will monitor risk, ensure CMSA and Bursa Malaysia Derivatives compliance, and work with KYC/AML protocols.

The role requires 3–5 years in regulated trading, a quantitative degree, and fluency in English and Mandarin to communicate with clients and headquarters in China.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on derivatives, FX, or commodities trading/dealing in a regulated market.
• Strong knowledge of the Malaysian regulatory landscape (SC/BNM) and Bursa Malaysia Derivatives (BMD).
• Note: local licenses or SC-regulated experience are preferred.
• Technical proficiency in market microstructure, margin mechanics, and trading platforms (QST, CQG, TT).
• Exceptional English communication and Mandarin skills for regulatory reporting and client interaction.
• High integrity, ability to perform under market pressure, and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional execution services for clients across futures, FX, and OTC derivatives.
• Provide market commentary and execution-related market information.
• Ensure all client instructions are executed with precision, minimizing slippage and maximizing execution efficiency.
• Actively monitor and manage Market Risk by adhering to pre-set trading limits, stop-loss protocols, and position sizing guidelines.
• Proactively manage Counterparty and Credit Risk, overseeing Margin Levels and Margin Calls.
• Collaborate with Compliance to ensure KYC/AML protocols are integrated into the dealing workflow.
• Monitor trading platform stability and connectivity to ensure seamless execution during peak market hours.
• Identify and report operational discrepancies or system latencies that could impact trading performance.
