Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as input agent for the operations and ensure all allocated corporate events are processed within the required timeframes.
• Ensure all instructions are processed within deadlines and per operating manuals.
• Escalate issues promptly to Manager for potential financial loss or client service concerns.
• Maintain audit/regulatory/risk ratings and adhere to Group and Company policies.
• Provide support to team members on operational activities and adapt to changes as needed.
• Cover for departmental Manager in absence and participate in process discussions.
