The role requires strategic vision, deep manufacturing technology expertise, and the ability to partner with Global Operations Capability, divisional teams, and Enterprise Technology to deliver measurable business
Qualifications
- 12+ years of leadership in manufacturing technology or industrial digital transformation.
- Proven experience implementing global digital manufacturing strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Define global digital manufacturing strategy and multi-year roadmap.
- Lead governance for MES, QMS, ERP and analytics platforms.
- Partner with Global Operations Capability and Plant M&O leadership.
