Job summary

Armstrong Industrial Corporation seeks a Senior Specialist, Digital Manufacturing Systems to implement, support, and continuously improve MES across multiple sites. The role leads MES projects, ensures seamless ERP-MES integration, and engages business functions to stabilize manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Mandarin language required to communicate with China-based vendors.
• Experience implementing and supporting MES with ERP integration.
• Manufacturing industry background with project delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional MES implementation and upgrades through full lifecycle.
• Define scope, timeline, budget, risks, and resources for projects.
• Oversee MES-ERP integration and data exchange across systems.
• Prioritize backlog, write user stories, and track KPIs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely go-live support.
