Are you a strategic technical leader with a proven track record of driving manufacturing excellence? We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to direct our technical operations, lead high-performing engineering teams, and drive operational growth across key production functions. In this role, you will oversee Test, Manufacturing, New Product Introduction (NPI), and Surface Mount Technology (SMT) operations, bridging high-level strategic planning with hands‑on technical execution.
Key responsibilities
Direct and integrate technical activities, establish engineering priorities, and implement standard policies and procedures across production functions
Supervise and empower an engineering team focused on developing, testing, modifying, and executing technical solutions across Test, Manufacturing, NPI, and SMT
Partner closely with Operations, IT, and executive leadership to align project specs, resource demands, and delivery schedules
Manage manpower forecasting against project demands and drive product cost management, including financial modeling for new product launches
Identify and implement production/product modifications that open opportunities in new markets and expand existing territories
Maintain full compliance with company quality systems (including ISO9000 and customer-specific standard requirements)
About you
Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Master's Degree, or Professional Degree in Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronic/Electromechanical Engineering, or equivalent
Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in manufacturing/production operations
Proven experience leading engineering teams, managing staff, and driving cross‑departmental alignment
Expert‑level skills in project management, operational efficiency, and process control
Exceptional problem‑solving agility, ability to work independently under pressure, and strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong inter‑cultural communication capabilities, including the ability to communicate directly with factory teams in their native language
