DLHA TECH SDN BHD is seeking a Marketing Executive to drive global user growth and revenue for our product from Kuala Lumpur. The role emphasizes data-driven marketing strategies, acquisition channels, and optimizing conversions from free to paid subscriptions.

You will manage digital channels, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to scale performance while ensuring cost-efficient acquisition and sustainable revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related roles.
• Experience in digital products, SaaS, or subscription-based platforms.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, user acquisition strategies, and conversion funnels.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and optimize marketing performance metrics.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing strategies to increase user acquisition and paid subscriptions
• Identify high-potential markets, audiences, and growth opportunities
• Support initiatives that directly contribute to revenue growth
• Develop and manage digital marketing channels (affiliates, influencers, KOL, review sites, etc.)
• Collaborate with external partners to expand brand reach and user acquisition
• Optimize traffic sources for quality, scalability, and cost-efficiency
• Improve conversion rates from free users to paid subscribers
• Execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and trial-to-paid strategies
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics (e.g., CAC, ROI, conversion rates)
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, data) to align strategies
