Job summary

SEEK is seeking a Marketing Manager (Acquisition) in Kuala Lumpur to lead customer growth through integrated campaigns, data-driven insights, and regional programs. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of marketing experience, strong analytical skills, and a track record of successful acquisition strategies in a dynamic, multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years with proven success in marketing strategies and brand activities.
• Experience in end-to-end brand/category management with P&L is a plus.
• Strong ability to turn data into actionable marketing plans.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive customer acquisition marketing strategy based on insights into the business, customers, competitors, and the funnel.
• Analyze business data to identify growth opportunities and create campaigns to drive new customer growth.
• Implement coordinated acquisition, lead generation, product usage, and retention programs regionally.
• Lead major marketing campaigns to strengthen the hirer brand and optimize digital strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing objectives.
