Job summary

WJ Digital SDN.BHD. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to promote our AI software products and grow our user base.

You will focus on digital advertising, user acquisition, marketing analytics and conversion optimisation, and work with product, design and engineering teams to continuously improve marketing performance and user conversion. The role requires 2–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, knowledge of Meta/Google/TikTok ads, and strong data-driven decision

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business/Communications or related field.
2–4 years hands-on digital marketing experience.
Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta/Google/TikTok.
Strong understanding of digital user acquisition and conversion funnels.
Ability to analyse campaign data and make optimisation decisions.
Familiar with CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, CAC and conversion rate.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel preferred.
Excel or Google Sheets for marketing analysis.
Coordinate advertising copy, creatives and landing pages.
Good command of English; Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Digital Advertising: plan, launch and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and other channels.
User Acquisition & Growth: develop plans to acquire users and improve funnel efficiency.
Marketing Analytics: track metrics, prepare performance reports and optimise campaigns.
Content & Creative: coordinate ads, visuals, and landing pages and test variations.
