Job summary

A Star Glasstech (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive glass manufacturing sales and growth. The role emphasizes building long-term customer relationships, expanding into local and international markets, and delivering engaging sales presentations and demonstrations.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of sales experience in glass manufacturing, strong sector knowledge, and fluency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

2–3 years of sales experience in the glass manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of the glass manufacturing sector and related products.
Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willing to undertake frequent travel within Malaysia and to Singapore.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in local and international markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product proposals, and demonstrations.
Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals.
Provide effective after-sales support and customer service.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Work with production, logistics, and internal teams to meet customer requirements.
Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and feedback.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
