Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a proactive sales professional in Penang to drive growth in the building materials sector. You will maintain key client relationships, promote architectural glass products, and expand market share through new business opportunities.

You should be fluent in Mandarin and English with BM preferred, have relevant sales experience, and be able to manage multiple tasks while meeting targets within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.
• Sales experience in building materials industry is required, with preference for architectural glass sales.
• Strong multitasking and team collaboration abilities and quick integration into the team.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Hold a valid driving licence and own a vehicle for client visits and market development.

Responsibilities

• Visit and maintain relationships with existing clients to provide high-quality after-sales service.
• Develop new client leads and business opportunities to expand market share.
• Promote main products and related services and close sales and orders.
• Establish partnerships with interior design firms, retailers, and contractors.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, and payments across the sales cycle.
• Meet monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets and KPIs.
