DIC (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Senior Finance & Accounting professional to lead the Shared Services Centre, standardizing accounting processes and centralizing transactions to support the group’s global infrastructure.

You will oversee policies, monthly management reporting, GL, AP/AR, inventory reconciliations, and drive automation, with a focus on people leadership and stakeholder management. This role is based in Shah Alam, Malaysia, and requires strong collaboration with regional

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant Finance & Accounting experience, with strong experience in General Ledger, financial reporting, month-end closing and account reconciliations.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or managerial capacity, with proven team leadership and people management experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and process improvement skills.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel, SAP experience is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Standardize and centralize accounting transactions across the SSC.
• Establish accounting policies and procedures to ensure postings are accurate and compliant.
• Oversee vendor and customer creation and maintenance with tax and e-invoicing per policies.
• Provide timely monthly reports to Management and highlight concerns.
• Manage AP/AR aging, GL liability reconciliations, and inventory analysis.
• Drive process improvements and automate SSC service delivery.
• Coordinate with auditors and provide required information.
• Lead and coach SSC team to drive growth and value.
