Job summary

CTS INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS MALAYSIA SDN.BHD. is seeking a Sea & Air Freight Sourcing / Route Executive to manage daily route operations, liaise with shipping lines, and optimize freight space and rates.

You will monitor market trends, support tendering and quotation, and compile volume and revenue statistics for reviews. The role requires 2+ years in freight forwarding route/sourcing and a logistics-related degree, with strong negotiation skills and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of freight forwarding route/sourcing or business development experience.
• Familiar with sea and air freight processes, with freight rate calculation and commercial negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel, able to follow up multiple routes simultaneously.
• High market sensitivity, ability to work under pressure, results-oriented, and strong team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily sea/air route operations, maintain freight rates, and monitor market trends and capacity dynamics.
• Follow up cargo volume targets with shipping lines and airlines, and support project tendering and quotation.
• Liaise with shipping lines, airlines and local counterparts to maintain partnerships and negotiate favorable space and rates.
• Provide rate and space support to sales and customer service teams; compile volume and revenue statistics for regular reviews.
