Job summary

You will gather feedback, report progress, and ensure service tasks are completed accurately and safely. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, 2+ years in equipment service, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Perform and supervise installation, checks and commissioning of equipment at customers’ sites.
• Analyze feedback and report to the line manager.
• Follow up service activities and ensure timely execution of tasks.
• Generate reports on job schedules, risks and technical difficulties.
• Communicate and collaborate with customers.
• Maintain AIXTRON image by delivering excellent customer service.
• Strictly follow safety procedures when handling hazardous chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Perform and supervise installation, checks and commissioning of equipment at customers’ sites globally.
• Continuously collect and summarize customers’ feedback, and report to the line manager.
• Follow up of service-related activities and timely execution of service tasks.
• Communicate and collaborate with customers and build a strong relationship.
