Job summary

AIXTRON SE in Batu Kawan, Malaysia seeks a customer-focused specialist with strong MOCVD experience to support clients globally. You will implement process recipes, coordinate evaluations, and analyze data to improve equipment performance.

On-site and long-term international travel are expected while maintaining excellent English communication. Advanced degree in physics, electrical engineering or materials science is preferred, with experience in III/V or related semiconductors.

Qualifications

Master degree in physics, electrical engineering or materials science (PhD advantageous).
Proven experience with MOCVD techniques for III/V or related semiconductors (GaAs, InP, GaN, SiC).
Excellent written and spoken English; strong communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

Implement equipment process recipes and parameters per customer specs at customer sites worldwide.
Coordinate customer sample evaluations on equipment at customer sites or application labs.
Demonstrate proficiency in statistical analysis to collect and analyze process data.
Maintain customer relationships on site and analyze needs during after-sales support.
Define and describe equipment process performance for customer applications; evaluate materials and procedures.
Document failures and coordinate solution validation with headquarters.
