Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a dedicated service engineer with electrical engineering expertise to install, commission and service equipment at customers' sites across Malaysia. The role requires practical mechatronics/automation knowledge and a willingness to travel.

You will train with international engineers in Germany for 8–10 weeks and collaborate closely with global colleagues. Strong English, communication and organizational skills are essential to deliver high-quality after-sales support.

Qualifications

Electrical engineering background is required.
PLC programming and field bus knowledge is an advantage.
Computer skills include Windows and MS Office.
Good command of English (spoken and written).
Strong communication and organizational abilities.
Flexible and self-learning mindset.

Responsibilities

Install, commission and service measuring, controlling and sorting equipment at customers’ facilities.
Repair and calibrate equipment and electric boards.
Provide technical support.
Perform customer training.
Prepare service quotes.
Report the work carried out.
After-sales customer care.
Cooperate with international service engineers.
