Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a field-service engineer to provide on-site technical support and perform maintenance on customer equipment in Malaysia. Fresh graduates with a passion for field-service are encouraged to apply, with 1–2 years of servicing or maintenance experience preferred.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, resolve complex technical issues, and train customers on equipment usage and maintenance procedures. This is a full-time on-site role with standard company benefits.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or diploma in Electronics, Mechanical or related field.
• 1–2 years servicing or maintenance experience.
