Responsibilities

• FS: Attract new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business. Research opportunities in new and existing markets. Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential new clients. Foster a collaborative environment within the business. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions. Create positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients. Run outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities. Develop and present customized proposals for each client’s specific business needs. Performs other duties as assigned
• BDE: Builds and maintains strong rapport with current and potential customers through face-to-face interactions Understands potential customers' needs and accurately determines if customers are a suitable fit for our product and services Crafts and delivers compelling sales pitches to customers which addresses their pain points Provides exceptional customer service throughout the sales process Develops and executes sales strategies to achieve assigned sales quotas and contribute to overall organization goals Independently plans, prioritizes and organizes workload to meet deadlines and targets Performs other duties as assigned
