Job summary

Universal Robina Munchy's is seeking a Trade Marketing Senior Executive (Global Export) to support and monitor international trade marketing initiatives. The role focuses on aligning localized programs with global brand objectives and driving visibility and sales in overseas markets.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain, manage budgets, set KPIs, and evaluate campaigns across time zones to ensure timely execution and impactful results for URM's global export efforts.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management or related field.
• 2–3 years in Trade Marketing, Export Marketing or Key Account Management in FMCG/retail/export industries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in project management and delivering set deliverables.
• Ability to prioritize and organize workloads independently.
• Team player with cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in diverse environments.
• Exposure to SAP and MS Office is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing trade marketing strategies for international markets.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain on promotions and launches.
• Analyze market data to inform trade programs and activities.
• Manage budgets to maximize ROI and achieve sales targets.
• Establish KPIs and report campaign performance for continuous improvement.
• Engage distributors, retailers and internal teams to drive collaboration.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign execution and logistics of samples.
• Coordinate across time zones with global teams and partners.
• Respond quickly to market changes and opportunities.
