• Manage the CMO's calendar and key engagements, prioritising time.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for the CMO.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate communication.
• Prepare materials for management meetings, reviews, and reports.
• Track action items, timelines, and decisions from meetings.
• Organise leadership meetings, agency meetings, and brand events.
• Provide administrative coordination across brands and functions.
