• Excellent problem solving and communication with customers, carriers and internal teams.
• Experience or education in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily export shipping activities, including preparing documentation and scheduling shipments.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and monitor shipments for on-time delivery.
• Liaise with customers, carriers, and customs brokers; respond to inquiries and resolve issues.
