Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an Export Management Executive to oversee export orders across multiple units and validate all export documentation. The role requires coordinating with transport teams, forwarders, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely shipment execution.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years in export management or logistics, strong documentation knowledge, and hands-on export shipment experience, with SAP as an added advantage.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in export management, logistics, or international trade operations.
• Hands-on experience in export shipment execution and cross-border processes.
• Strong understanding of export documentation and compliance requirements.
• Ability to handle shipment execution rather than purely documentation or coordination.
• Experience managing operational issues and decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to articulate situations and solutions.
• Experience with SAP or similar systems is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process export orders across multiple business units.
• Prepare and validate export documentation (e.g. BL/SWB, COO, COA, MSDS, packing list).
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with transport teams, forwarders, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely shipment execution.
• Handle discrepancies, delays, and operational issues related to export shipments.
• Monitor delivery timelines and ensure service level commitments are met.
• Execute export processes in SAP and maintain data accuracy.
